• Bank (any bank you like, do not need an account with the bank)
• Date (your wedding date)
• Bride's Name (full name)
• Groom's Name (full name)
• Amount
• A bunch of numbers between 24 to 38 numbers (meaningful numbers or dates unique to the couple)
• Signature (to pick a font or email to your signature to us)

A draft copy will be forwarded to you for confirmation before proceeding with production.
