How long does it take to receive my order?

Our items are made-to-order and assembled by hand, piece by piece. We do not have ready stock.

Once you have confirmed the final draft sent by our designers, production will take 7-9 business days, and another 2-3 business days for local shipping. In the event of overwhelming orders or multiple items in a single purchase, we seek your understanding for a longer turn-around time to produce and deliver the same quality products to you.

How can I be sure my order was placed successfully?

Upon payment of order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive the confirmation email or have any questions about the order, please contact us at customerservice@clikclok.com.sg

What is the return and exchange policy?

While Clik Clok endeavours to ensure that our products are received in good conditions, we cannot guarantee that damages during transit will not occur. In such instance, please contact us and provide a picture of the damaged item(s) for our assessment. If we determine that the products are physically damaged due to shipping/delivery, we may provide a reprint or replacement.  Please allow 2 business weeks for a reprint or replacement. 

What are the delivery options?

For Self Collection – Customers may choose to collect their purchased items at our office on Mondays - Fridays, between 2-6 pm. Closed on Sat, Sun & Public Holidays. Kindly WhatsApp or email us to make an appointment before coming.

Do you ship to countries other than Singapore?

Yes we ship worldwide. Do drop us email at customerservice@clikclok.com.sg with regards to shipping charges.  

What is the requirement of an Image in order to make the best possible print?

Images from social networks (e.g. Facebook) are not recommended as the resolutions of the images are compressed when uploaded. An image with higher quality is recommended as it will preserve the details.

How do I change the shipping/delivery address for my order?

I have not received my order, what can I do?

Kindly take note that production will only commence AFTER you have confirmed the final draft and not from date of order.
