Rental Information (T&Cs)

The rental agreement is between Clik Clok and the Customer. By placing your order, the Customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

RENTAL PERIOD & PAYMENT

All rented props remains in the property of Clik Clok at all times.

Our props are fixed with a 4-days rental period at a fixed rate unless otherwise arranged. The Customer is to pay a non-refundable deposit (50% of rental rate) in order to reserve the props on the desired dates.

COLLECTION & RETURN LOCATION

Upon collection, the Customer is advised to inspect all the rented props and acknowledge via signature on the condition of the props. If the Customer does not inspect the props before the props are handed over, the props are deemed satisfactory and free of damage.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

On the day of collection, a refundable security deposit (as stated per item description) is required from the Customer. This amount will be returned to the Customer once the props are returned undamaged and in the same condition as during the handover.

 The Customer has to pay the full retail value of the props that are missing or damaged (refer to Schedule of Rates) . This amount will be deducted from the security deposit. If the amount exceeds the security deposit, the Customer is to pay 19Ninetysg within 4 days of the return date. Please refer to Schedule of Rates to view the amount.
 
AVAILABILITY OF PROPS

​All props are subject to availability. In the event where rented props are unavailable due the damages or misplaced by previous renter, Clik Clok seeks your understanding to hereby accept the alternative solutions:

a ) Customer is allowed to switch to other available props equals to or 
     below the paid rental amount.

- OR -

b)  Customer will receive 100% refund of the rental amount.
 
CANCELLATIONS​
Any cancellation will result in forfeit of 50% deposit. If the Customer fails to pay the full price of the rental and services rendered, Clik Clok shall be entitled to cancel the service at any time and dismantle all setups done without recourse to judicial procedures. Any goods delivered and unpaid for shall be returned to Clik Clok at the Customer’s expense. To this end, Clik Clok and any appointed carriers shall be authorised to cancel the sale and collect any unpaid monies for goods from the Customer.
